• If the order is cancelled, lost or un – delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including the convenience fee, if paid online.

• If you return an order delivered to you, order Convenience Fee will not be refunded. However, if you self – ship your returns, we will reimburse self – shipment charges based on classyindian Returns Policy. For accounts whose return behavior violates our fair usage policy, Convenience fee will be non – refundable irrespective of order value.

• Product Packaging discreet packaging We pack your items in a opaque high strength un-tearable poly bag. We don’t put any indication of product name in the package on the packaging box. This ensures complete privacy of your order and safeguards quality and packaging of your order. This is done FREE OF CHARGE!

4-5 Days Local and 8 Days pan-India Delivery Guarantee! We offer a local (within NCR) “4 -5Days Delivery” and Other part of India “8 Days”, The products ordered will be at your doorstep within 8 business days (Monday to Friday) except international, of your payment having been cleared. For orders which are placed using Credit Card/Net Banking Payment Option and are under Verification, the guarantee is applicable post the Payment has been verified.

• What is not covered in the Guarantee:

Delivery delays due to customer unavailability or discrepancies in billing address or failures in providing contact number for delivery. (If the courier has come to the shipping address within seven business days and not been able to get delivered. The courier may or may not contact you before coming – that is something we have no control over).
Delivery to certain areas eg. North Eastern states, J&K, Remote areas in Hills etc. may have a longer delivery period due to lack of accessibility, poor weather conditions, security reasons etc.

This guarantee is not valid for special promotional offers (e.g. Anniversary Celebrations, etc). In case of cities dealing with law and order situations, delivery of courier might get temporarily effected. This guarantee is not applicable for products on backordered status.

Any form of damage or shortage of goods/products in the received parcel should be informed to our support@classyindian.com via email/call immediately on receiving the parcel with no delay.

• Applicable Law The Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The place of jurisdiction shall be exclusively in India

• How is the GST amount decided?

Following rules will govern whether or not additional GST will be applicable on the products purchased by you:

• GST applicability:

(a) For a product,

(i) if the fulfillment is done on or after July 1st, 2017 and

(ii) if the order is placed before 15th November, 2019, and,

(iii) total discount percentage is more than 19% of MRP,
